The SPORT® Mindset method.

A 100% remote and 100% tailored programme that works around your schedule.

 

8 hours of training consisting of 4 workshops led by an expert, along with E-learning modules (educational videos, downloadable sheets, etc.).

 

• Multiple remote exercises. 

 

Evaluations carried out at the beginning and end of the course, followed by a debriefing meeting.

 

No prerequisites are required to follow the SPORT® Mindset program. The estimated timeframe is 14 days.
